Grounded Presence is an 8-week experiential series specifically for therapists/ mental health professionals who are interested in exploring sustainable mindfulness and movement practices that support their personal well-being and professional resilience.
Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle, accessible practices that integrate breath, embodied awareness, and mindful movement—no yoga or meditation experience required though the ability to get up and down off the floor easily is necessary. This is not about performance or perfection- It’s about coming home to yourself. Additionally, each week you will be provided with recorded meditations for practice at home.
Through this series, you'll:
Develop a personal mindfulness and movement practice that fits your life
Learn somatic tools to regulate stress, access states of calm and be more present to your life
Rebuild connection with your body as a source of wisdom and grounding
Integrate micro-practices into your therapy work and everyday life
Whether you're feeling depleted or simply seeking deeper alignment with your body and mind, this series offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to reconnect and restore.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat to class.
