Grounded Presence is an 8-week experiential series designed specifically for therapists who are ready to develop a sustainable mindfulness practice that supports their personal well-being and professional resilience.
Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle, accessible practices that integrate breath, embodied awareness, and mindful movement—no yoga or meditation experience required. This is not about performance or perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself.
